Counseling services for the whole family
Our Services
Counseling is adapted to the needs of the client using evidence-based treatment interventions. Clinicians also utilize sand-tray, art, nature, and family attachment strategies within the therapy sessions. Often sessions include suggestions of skills to practice during the week, outside of the therapy room.
Play Therapy
Play Therapy is an approach to therapy that builds on the normal communicative and learning process of children. Therapists strategically utilize play therapy to help children express what is troubling them when they do not have the verbal language to express their thoughts and feelings.
TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention)
TBRI is a family-based intervention that is designed for children who have experienced relationship-based traumas or difficulties with primary attachment caregivers.
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
TF-CBT is a structured, short-term treatment model that effectively improves a range of trauma-related outcomes in 8-25 sessions with the child/adolescent and caregiver.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) treatment is a type of psychotherapy — or talk therapy — that utilizes a cognitive-behavioral approach to help with self-harming thoughts or behaviors, anxiety and depression, and intense reactions.
Existential Therapy
Existential Therapy can be highly effective for youth and adults who are struggling to make healthy life choices and accept the consequences of these choices. This may include individuals struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, and a wide range of psychological and behavioral issues.
EMDR / Brainspotting
EMDR and Brainspotting are used for helping people who suffer from trauma, anxiety, panic, depression, disturbing memories, post-traumatic stress, and many other emotional problems.
