Through Nicole’s work in college ministry, she developed her passion for helping others understand their story and pursue healing and growth. She began her counseling career working with children and teens in a school-based setting, focused on teaching emotional regulation, coping skills, and communication strategies to help students manage their daily stressors. She works with individuals and families to change patterns of behavior and have healthier relationships, using CBT, play-based therapy, and a psychodynamic approach. She has her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University in Chattanooga, TN and enjoys working with kids and teens ages 5-15, both in individual and group therapy settings.
